SportsCentric Club Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds will be processed for sporting tournaments and events facilitated by the SportsCentric Club website ("Website"), an initiative of Alumnatis Global Pvt. Ltd. ("Alumnatis Global," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read this Policy carefully before registering for any event. By participating in an event and using the Website, you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Cancellation by Participants
1.1 Request for Cancellation: Participants who wish to cancel their registration for a sporting tournament or event must submit a cancellation request through the Website's designated process.
1.2 Refund Eligibility:
-Requests made [ 7 days] prior to the event start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund, as determined by Alumnatis Global.
-Requests made after the specified timeframe may not be eligible for a refund, or the refund amount may be subject to additional deductions.
1.3 Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [7-10] business days of receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original registration, unless otherwise specified by Alumnatis Global.
2. Cancellation by Alumnatis Global
2.1 Event Cancellation: Alumnatis Global reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a sporting tournament or event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient registrations, venue issues, or force majeure events.
2.2 Refund Options: In the event of an event cancellation initiated by Alumnatis Global:
-Participants may be offered the option to receive a full refund of the registration fee.
-Alternatively, participants may be offered the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled event or another event of equivalent value.
3. No-Show and Non-Participation
3.1 No-Show: Participants who do not attend an event without submitting a cancellation request will be considered a "no-show."
3.2 Non-Participation: Participants who fail to participate in an event after attending the initial session(s) will not be eligible for a refund.
